Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data docujai.com processes, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can.

Who is responsible

docujAI ApS, CVR 45580571, Hejrevang 13, 3450 Allerød, Denmark. Write to lek@docujai.com or call +45 40 26 18 72 with any question about your data.

When you read the site

Our own statistics. We count page views, how far articles are read, how long a page is visible, and clicks on contact links. This runs on our own statistics service, not a third party. Your IP address and browser are combined with a key that changes every day and turned into a code, so we can count a visitor once a day without being able to follow anyone from one day to the next. Neither the IP address nor the browser is stored, and nothing is stored on your device. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which content is read (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

Google Analytics, only if you say yes. If you accept statistics in the cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies and send data about your visit to Google. If you do not accept, nothing is loaded from Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page. Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a)).

Videos. Embedded YouTube videos are shown as an image until you press play. Only then is the video loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google receives data about your visit.

Fonts and other files are served from docujai.com itself. No other third parties are contacted when you read the site.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Simply.com in Denmark, keeps technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, to run and secure the server.

When you write to us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, your message and your IP address. We use it to answer you and, if it leads to an agreement, to handle the customer relationship. The message is stored on the site and sent to our email. We delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, or steps prior to entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Cookies

Without your consent, the site only sets the cookies that remember your choice in the cookie banner. Statistics cookies from Google Analytics are only set if you accept them.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to lek@docujai.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
