AI Skills

Your people learn AI on the work they have to do anyway.

A row of desks seen from above, with red sparks rising from several of the laptops.

Most AI training shows what the tools can do with examples from another company. People nod, go back to their desks and carry on as before.

AI Skills works the other way round. Before the course we collect tasks from your own departments, and the teaching uses them. So the first thing people try is something they had to do that day anyway.

How it works

AI Skills: training on your own tasks

The first thing people try is something they had to do that day anyway.

Before
Mapping
Tasks are collected from the departments taking part.
→
Day 1
Foundations
What the models can do, where they fail, and what is safe.
→
Day 2
Own tasks
People work on their own things with help at the table.
→
After
Shared rules
What goes where, and when a person checks.
The rules are written down so they can be used after the course.

Mapping. We collect typical tasks from the departments taking part: emails, minutes, quotes, analyses, customer replies.

Foundations. What language models are good at, where they fail, and why they sometimes make things up. Security and data protection from the first hour.

Own tasks. People work on their own tasks with help at the table.

Shared rules. What may be put into which tools, and when a person must check the result. Written down so it can be used afterwards.

Who it is for

HR and learning managers who need to lift the whole workforce. The course is tailored to the number of participants, departments and level.

Price

From €10,000 excl. VAT. The price depends on the number of groups and days.

Once people are up and running, the next step is often to find the tasks where AI can take on more of the work. That is what Discovery Pack does.
