AI Implementation

An AI solution that runs every day on your own data, with effects you can measure.

An assembly line of black stations with one red station in the middle and a person at a checkpoint gate at the end.

The hard part of AI in production is rarely the model. It is everything around it: data that has to be fetched and cleaned, answers that have to be checked, errors that have to be caught, and a person who can step in. That is what decides whether a solution is still running a year from now.

AI Implementation builds the whole system. The model is one step in a chain where the rest is ordinary code that can be checked.

How it works

AI Implementation: the model is one step

The rest of the chain is ordinary code that can be checked, and a person can step in.

Data from your systems, checked against a fixed schema.

Person or system
Confident answers go on. Uncertain ones go to a person.
Every step is logged, so you can see afterwards why the system did what it did.

Design. We design the solution from the prototype or the proven need: which steps the model handles, which the code handles, and where a person has to look.

Build. The solution is built on your own data, typically as search and answers over the company's own knowledge (RAG) or as automation of a fixed process.

Trial operation. The solution runs alongside the current way of working, so the results can be compared before anyone depends on it.

Operation. Handover with documentation, logging of every step and a plan for who does what when something goes wrong.

Questions you can ask us afterwards

  • Which parts are AI, and which are ordinary code?
  • What happens when the model answers wrongly?
  • Can we see afterwards why the system made a particular decision?

The answers should be concrete. They are what make the solution something the leadership can stand behind.

Who it is for

Companies that have seen a prototype work and have a budget for running it.
