The people selling an AI tool are rarely the right ones to judge whether you should buy it. The same goes for the consultant who will implement it afterwards. Executive Sparring is a standing agreement with an adviser who does not sell what is being assessed.

The pool

**A fixed pool of hours.** Typically four to eight hours, used as needed. Unused hours carry over to the following month.

**Sparring on concrete decisions.** Should we buy this tool? Is this use realistic with the data we have? Can the process run without a person in the middle? The answer comes in writing when it needs to be passed on.

**A second opinion on supplier proposals.** Quotes and proposals from others are reviewed with the questions you should ask before signing, including what happens to your data and what it costs to get out again.

**A note when something changes.** A short message when legislation, prices or tools change in a way that affects you.
